Delivery Times

Typical delivery periods:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days
- Large Furniture Items: 7–21 working days
- Custom Orders: Timescales advised individually

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Receiving Deliveries
Customers should inspect deliveries within a reasonable period after receipt.
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
We do not require customers to report issues within 24 hours.
Consumers are entitled to a reasonable opportunity to examine goods after delivery.
Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is significantly delayed and we are unable to fulfil the order within a reasonable time, customers may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
