Delivery charges apply to all orders, including those to UK Mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands. 1. Delivery Scheduling:
• If you are unavailable on the proposed delivery date, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative.
• Failed deliveries due to unavailability or cancellations after dispatch will result in re-delivery or cancellation charges.
2. Customer Responsibilities:
• Ensure all items will fit through doorways, stairwells, or other access points prior to delivery, especially larger items like tables with tops over 220cm. If unsure, contact our team before delivery for guidance. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or the use of specialist equipment beyond a standard two-person crew.
• For safety reasons, ensure pets and minors are kept away from the delivery and installation area during the process.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery:
• Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods to ensure they are in good condition. Any damage identified during delivery must be reported to the delivery team immediately, as Mikaydavhomestyle accepts responsibility only for damage confirmed at the time of delivery.
