1. Notification and Return Period: You must inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved by our returns team, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) to the designated address. Any returns received outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Product Characteristics:
   Many of our pieces are crafted as ‘antique reproductions,’ intentionally aged and distressed to create an authentic, vintage appearance. This design process may include purposeful imperfections and fading. Additionally, color variations may occur due to screen differences or lighting in product images. These characteristics are inherent to the style of the furniture and are not considered faults.
3. Goods Requiring Assembly:
   If your order requires assembly, please carefully review the instructions and parts list before installation to ensure everything is present and properly fitted according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. We cannot refund or accept responsibility for items damaged due to incorrect assembly. We recommend hiring experienced professionals, such as qualified joiners or electricians, for installation.
4. Outlet Products:
   Outlet items can be returned; however, as these are often limited-stock offers, we may not be able to provide a like-for-like exchange for a new product.
5. Return Conditions:
   If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it provided:
   • You notify us within 14 days of delivery.
   • The item(s) are returned within 14 days of approval.
   • The item(s) are unused, complete, in a resaleable condition, and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the refund amount if repackaging is required.

6. Transit Damage and Insurance:
   Items damaged during return transit by a customer-organized courier are not eligible for a refund. To minimize risk, we recommend purchasing transit insurance when returning items. All returned goods are inspected for quality assurance before a refund is issued.
