- PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
- These Conditions apply exclusively to the Contract and supersede any other terms the Buyer seeks to impose. The Order constitutes an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods according to these Conditions. The Order will be deemed accepted when the Seller confirms it in writing.
- The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Buyer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement or representation by the Seller not outlined in the Contract.
- The Seller may occasionally alter or change product designs or specifications. The Seller will notify the Buyer of any significant changes prior to fulfilling the Order.
- PAYMENTS:
- Payment is required at the time of purchase via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders if payment is not received promptly.
- The price of Goods shall be as specified on the Order or confirmed by the Seller in writing.
- The Buyer must pay all amounts due under the Contract in full without deduction or withholding unless required by law.
- Deposits may be required for orders exceeding standard quantity levels, and these are non-refundable if the order is cancelled at a late stage.
- DELIVERIES:
- Delivery will be made to the specified address. The Buyer must ensure that the delivery location has adequate access for the delivery vehicle.
- The Seller’s responsibility ends when Goods are delivered to the Buyer’s premises. The Seller will not be responsible for damages incurred during delivery or if the Buyer fails to provide proper assistance during unloading.
- Any delivery dates provided are estimates. The Seller will not be held liable for any delays in delivery.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND DISCREPANCIES:
- The Buyer must inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify the Seller of any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Returns are only accepted with the Seller’s prior consent and must be in original packaging. The Buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery, except for items with manufacturing defects.

CANCELLATIONS:
- Orders may be cancelled by the Buyer only before dispatch. If the Goods have been dispatched, the full delivery and return costs will be charged in the event of a cancellation.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing to cancel an order, and any accepted cancellations will be subject to a £20 cancellation fee or 20% of the order value, whichever is higher.
